The photo, taken on August 13, shows a view of the Changsha Radio and Television Tower atop the Yuelu Mountain, Changsha City. The upgrading and renovation work of the tower was almost completed. Originally built in 1987, the 88-meter-tall tower is the first comprehensive radio and television tower in Hunan Province. The tower began upgrading and renovation last year. A high-rise viewing hall and an observation platform at the base of the tower have been created, enabling visitors to enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of Changsha and take in the breathtaking scenery along both sides of the Xiangjiang River.
